When I decided to get back into the dance scene, I was completely lost because I wasn't sure where to possibly take the first step. First, I had to figure out which genre I wanted to dive back into and build on top of that. I came to the conclusion that I wanted to go into heels, which requires core strength and balance. By having a strong, tight core, you have more control over your balance and lower body strength, allowing you to move fluidly and gracefully. With all of those requirements, one needs to develop the basic foundations.

Dance Zone, located in Stafford, Tx, offers quality dance instruction in all genres of dance for ages 5-Adult and provides a well-rounded foundation of dance technique along with performance skills as well as develops self-confidence. Dance Zone creates more than talented dancers, they make stars. The dancers participate in many conventions and compete in multiple competitions. With all the intense training, some dancers break out into the dance industry. One specific dancer even made it to the music industry, former Fifth Harmony member, Normani Kordei.

The studio has teams perform and compete regularly at events such as Soundbox Birthday Bash, SBS Summer Meltdown, World of Dance, HHI, Best of Texas, Dancer's Paradise, Discovery Green, Warehouse Live and more.
